Term of Service
Welcome to QUANTUM GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION!
We’re thrilled to have you onboard. Please read our service terms carefully, as they outline important details about bookings, payments, and your overall experience with us. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
¹Guarantee applies only to the original reservation and does not apply if any changes to the original reservation have been made. The address of the pickup location must be accurate. The guarantee is void if the type of vehicle requested does not accurately reflect the type of vehicle actually required.
General Terms
- Bookings & Availability
- Our services are available 24/7.
- Early booking is recommended to guarantee your preferred vehicle and schedule.
- Payment Policies
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all reservations.
- Full payment is due at least one week before your scheduled service date.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard) and fee-free options like Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
- Using a credit card may incur processing fees.
- Hourly Service & Overtime Charges
- A minimum booking of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and sprinter vans. Certain peak times and specialty vehicles may require longer minimums.
- After the initial minimum time, billing is done in full-hour increments. For example, if your service lasts 4 hours and 10 minutes, you’ll be billed for 5 hours.
- A surcharge of $25 to $50 applies for services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m.
- Holiday & Long-Distance Surcharges
Travel beyond a 45-mile radius from our garage may incur additional mileage fees and Travel Time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Airport Transfers
- For local airport transfers, cancellations require at least 4 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
- International airport and Domestic transfer cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Hourly Rentals & Events
- Cancellations within 30 business days for hourly rentals will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations within 15 business days will be charged the full amount.
- All prom, concerts, stadium, museum and Masters Golf Tournament reservations are non-refundable.
- How to Cancel or Change Reservations
All cancellations or changes must be confirmed by a written response from us. Contacting the driver directly is not allowed for these changes.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
- No eating or smoking is permitted in our vehicles.
- Smoking will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
- A $500 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle requires cleaning due to sickness.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your rental.
Waiting Times & Extra Stops
- Airport Pickups
- 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for residential, office, and hotel pickups.
- 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international arrivals.
- Additional Stops
- Each additional stop is $25 within a reasonable distance.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from QUANTUM GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at https://qgtlimos.com/privacy-policy/. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Safety & Conduct
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. If any are observed, service will be terminated without refund.
- Standing through sunroofs or other unsafe behavior is not permitted.
- Misconduct may result in immediate service termination with no refund.
Liability
- QUANTUM GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events. We will notify clients if such events affect your schedule.
- In case of vehicle malfunctions, a comparable replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles but will make reasonable efforts to return found items.
Final Agreement
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you have concerns or complaints, please contact us within 12 hours of your trip’s completion. Written complaints must be received to process any claims. Thank you for choosing QUANTUM GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION! We’re excited to be part of your journey.
